Frame vibration-free measurement
TQM Horizontal and Vertical Measurement modules work independently of the trolley frame. Track geometry measurement modules are either suspended or supported by the trolley frame. Frame is pushing, pulling against the rail and holding in position all track geometry measuring modules along the track
Rigid track geometry measuring bases
In order to be able to deliver measurements with sub-milimeter accuracy, TQM solution uses a rigid chord design solution (instead of a pivoting one). All chords are further strengthened against deflection in both Horizontal and Vertical planes

Horizontal and Vertical alignments are based on self-cleaning contact rollers rim measurements capable of measuring worn rail position below rail lipping. Only the Cross Level module is equipped with 75mm wide measuring wheels
