Track quality measuring recorder (TQM)

........A Track Quality Measurement (TQM) trolley (pictured above), developed by Edward Len of 
R.A.I.L, was used to measure the track quality at each location and determine the accuracy of the fixed points.
This was achieved by incorporating a total station onto the TQM trolley.
